Hitman Blues Band
Blues in all its styles, as performed by the Hitman Blues Band. Russell "Hitman" Alexander is a veteran New York blues player. He has performed at clubs and venues ranging from after-hours dives in the Alphabet City section of Manhatten (back when even the police wouldn't get out of the squad cars) and late night bars in Harlem, to the Royal Ball for the Prince of Malta and the Quadcentennial Ball for the Prince of Spain. Over the last twenty five years, Hitman has played with or opposite "more musicians, on more stages, and with more great acts than I could ever remember", including Johnny Copeland, LaVette Jackson, Smokey Robinson, Diana Ross, The Coasters, The Ink Spots, and Whitney Houston.
